Contractor Guide

Contractor Guide is a novel application used as a mediator between construction field parties; contractors, suppliers and consultant/designer.

For contractors, we give the opportunity to find the brands listed in project documents before bidding or when material submitting for approvals; also help to minimize time wasting when searching for materials, or being exploiting from a supplier; hence maximize suppliers base (vender list) and give the contractor a chance to maximize the project profit.

For Suppliers, we give them a chance to reach new contractors/customers and keep their company in mind and easy to remember (in a finger touch) which will increase customer base; also it gives them the ability to investigate competitors in market and their brands which in turn allows supplier to modify sale plan and strategies, or to make a decision for new brand to add for portfolio upon existing or expansion of that brand in market. Finally, marketing supplier brands in sophisticate manner.

For designers/consultant, it will help to keep in touch with market changing and to be flipped out with the availability of materials brands in local market and their suppliers in order to not being deceptive.
