I have had this app installed on all 16 of our drivers phones. We have been using it now for over 2 months, and it's working well. We are now a paperless defect reporting company. App keeps crashing and uninstalled it and reinstalled several times also the questions are all over the place in the cab out the cab under the bonnet at the back then back under bonnet the hole app needs a re-think and questions need to be placed into category inside outside and general walk around not in and out cab

Checked Safe is so much better, I presume bigger benefits for the transport office with Convey but it's just a pain. Too many photos demanded, too many buttons to close together? Take pictures of all 4 sides of the unit & then want 4 of the trailer, I should focus on checks. Photos should be of issues only, tacho confirms you are in the truck. Walking around in the dark with a tablet in one hand & torch in the other is not conducive to good checks. Just seems cheap & poorly thought out.
