★★☆☆☆ Installed..selected program. I had no set for the first day so the app froze. Never really worked long enough for me to even see a program. Waste of time

★★☆☆☆ Not as safe as Convict Conditioning CC is supposed to be a very safe routine. I couldn't wait for the book, so I tried this app. This app recommends most people start later in the progressions, but the book says everyone should start at the beginning. Not knowing there was a difference, and since it's been years since my knees hurt, I tried the squats the app recommended for uninjured people. Big mistake. It's been over a week and my knees still hurt. I finally received the book, but my knees are now in no shape for the book's starting point.
