Fantastic programming. I'm an S&C coach myself, working with elite athletes for over 10 years, but I can become bogged down in it and lose motivation to push myself. I signed up to STOIC, and it has been a great decision. The program is simple, easy to follow, well-structured and progressive. I've seen big improvements in my aerobic capacity just in the 6 weeks I've been on. I can't wait to see how much more there is to come. If you're looking to get fit - this program works.

I have had some experience with different training programs and apps over the years and can say so far Stoic Conditioning is right up there for me. The training itself is relevant for work and too many fall behind in this regard. Lastly, the support team is as optimal as it gets. We had a minor issue & I had comms with Stoic almost immediately which is pretty rare. Not just that but the team was able to resolve the issue rather quickly & painlessly.

Excellent programming that really focuses on not only strengthening and conditioning the body but helps you improve your overall mobility. Instructional videos are absolutely on point, even in my early 40s it's helping me keep well above required military fitness levels. Would like to see a couple of improvements, make it available offline for times we can't use data, including timers within the app would be really beneficial and an option to show workouts have been completed would be ideal.

Looks like a great option... thought it was awesome til it expected £40/month subscription.... for an app !!!! That is ridiculous !
