Comments on Cool Connect for Android

★★★★★ niranjan Padhy · Oct 3, 2024

Worst company and poorest service. It's a mistake to purchase 3 ACs. Now I am stuck. Don't know the serve center address from the company's WA. Please don't make mistake of purchasing Carrier ACs

★★★★☆ Indian Gamer Nitin · Jul 8, 2026

My Experience is very good with the Carrier Team as they helped me a lot specifically solving the queries and issues and ASM Mr. Harsh Vardhan from Carrier helped me a lot and has resolved my issues and kind of people like him are very less in the carrier.

★★★★★ Abhishek Saha · Jun 19, 2025

This review is based on my 5th experience since my purchase of a carrier inverter AC in 2023. Every time I booked any service (preventive maintenance/ repair) on the app, it was resolved either on the same day or the next day. I see many negative reviews here, and I am countering none, but looks I am lucky that I have got a decent authorized service center near me.

★☆☆☆☆ Shabbir Ahmed · Feb 22, 2026

Worst Company and worst product, never buy from them as AC will stop working in 1 to 2 years and their service centers are even worst and very unhelpful. Go for other brands and don't get in this trap.

★★☆☆☆ Debayan Das · Sep 5, 2026

Horrible customer support. They close service request tickets without resolving the issue. They will not even ask you whether the problem has been resolved or not before closing. I have 2 Carrier ACs. I won't buy a third ever.

★☆☆☆☆ Anurag Tripathi · May 20, 2026

Very poor service after sale don't buy any product of this comp may
