This review is based on my 5th experience since my purchase of a carrier inverter AC in 2023. Every time I booked any service (preventive maintenance/ repair) on the app, it was resolved either on the same day or the next day. I see many negative reviews here, and I am countering none, but looks I am lucky that I have got a decent authorized service center near me.

Useless app for a useless company with the worst customer service in the world. Don't buy their ACs. Even 1980s coolers work better than them. Got delivered to new ACs in sweltering 40 degrees, both without Gas. Now I am having to languish between Carrier's non-existent service and Flipkart to sort this out. Been 20 days already. Won't recommend to my worst enemy

Don't buy carrier AC, their support services are very poor, they deny services and ask for payment even if your product is in under warranty.

Worst Company and worst product, never buy from them as AC will stop working in 1 to 2 years and their service centers are even worst and very unhelpful. Go for other brands and don't get in this trap.
