Used to be a good app, but for the last few months it keeps adding 2–5 times of shopping list at random times while I'm filling the basket. Then I have to go through the basket again and again to remove unwanted items. Extremely annoying! Update: I have reported the issue to customer service few weeks ago, but it keeps happening every single time I'm in the app. On top of it, I can't add anything else to the shopping list. No point reporting it, obviously. I wonder what will crash next?

It works but has an insanely overactive scanner. I've had the issue that I had to go in to return a 200 kr. bedsheet that I had made the mistake of walking past with the phone in hand. This is not an issue I've had with any other self-service apps. Luckily I've caught the mistakes since then, but I'm pretty confident I've overpaid for things I didn't actually buy but the app simply scanned in the past. Pretty disappointing as it's really not making me want to shop in Coop shops.

New Edit: MITIC should absolutely NOT be necessary to validate your account, any payment methods already requires it when adding it to the account. This additional request for the app carries only privacy concerns and funnels us towards to either personal tracking or social credit systems. Security concerns could have been solved dozens of other ways before getting to this point. Old: Very handy, and the personal discounts are a nice bonus.

The app is impossible to set up, I tried registering my card a few times, but it always failed. Now when I log in with MITIC it opens the MITIC app, I give the approval and then get redirected to a blank screen
