The recipes and guides are better than what I’ve seen on other apps. They’re actually useful and not just filler content. I especially like that everything is organized by stress support, not just calories or macros. Worth it if you want substance and not just a pretty interface!

This is a subscription spam. I was charged for it, I didn't sign up for a monthly plan I was told that it couldn't be refunded. But it was ok for them to take my money from my PayPal. Trap. Very unhappy. I'm on a fixed income.
