I purchase internet for €160, in the deal you promise if I log in to the app I would have internet I logged in to the app and there no internet. On the ship. So I switched back to 5G. And also the worst possible terrible experience

Bad bad bad. If you pay the extra drinks plus package you will get a lot of "I'm sorry sir, this drink is finished". A lot. I'm currently in the cruise Costa Esmeralda and really disappointed about this package. Bad experience with drinks. Most of the premium not available, you basically pay for nothing. This is why they have negative reviews and should be distributed by everyone. Don't pay and alternatively reserve with a real and better alternative cruise company. Only one good: Starlink

Still bug. I can't trun off per-minute. And if I did, it will restart the app. And I have to re-register my crew pass. It takes lots of time and my per-minute is still on.
