Edit 6/2026: just when you think it couldn't get worse. The lag is so bad. The app was okay, not the best, but this last revision made things worse. Costco go look at what sams clubs app looks like, the added functionality of scanning and a sales page that isn't broken. I will keep my membership but this app. Not good. Ok 9 months later. NO improvement. Last update turned this into 100% trash. It is beyond lagging and doesn't load up the main page. Very disappointing

The app is slow, errors out often. I cannot place an order to ship something and when you search an item that is known to be at the warehouse it pulls up everything but the item you are looking for.

This is the only app I've ever seen in over 15 years that somehow manages to break the android back button completely. You have to use the in-app back button on the top left. I'm surprised google even allows on the play store an app that breaks a core android function like that. Aside from that it is slow, glitchy and poorly designed in general.

Costco is the only reason I have a citi card. I had a citi american air lines' card canceled it for barclay aa card. Then aa decided to cancel the Barclay relationship and forcefully move all their customers to citi. I hate citi and for a reason I still don't have a replacement card. They didn't migrate it to my citi online account. So now I have no card, and a late few, for an account I can't pay as I usually do, and I'm thinking why again do I do business with citi... coz costco
