Convenient. Pretty good navigation options, but needs work on ease of accessing current warehouse savings. Shopping online is easy. Transitioning from Instacart same-day and online needs to be easier.

1st online Costco orders for delivery. Had bought in store, but got wrong size. Thought maybe could get online. Product # was different but same item. Process very straight forward, delivery in 6 days (fine) included. It was $3 more, ok. Item was on sale and would not be next time we went to warehouse. Will see how delivery goes, hopefully not with USPS as they will actually not deliver!

Barely usable. I am constantly needing to clear cache on this, often multiple times to complete an order. Sometimes the only way to add to my cart is to go to the item through my previous orders. It also won't let me delete items out of the cart. I finally got the one item to delete, or at least I thought. It still showed up in my order. This app is slow. It takes half an hour to an hour to gather 10 things to my cart and place an order. I expect better from Costco.

I cannot delete off of my list. I also cannot put the list in the order that I choose. I used to be able to do both of those things. Please fix these items

August 24 2026. Update. Still doesn't work. So many akamai scripts the app is basically unusable. Login loop slow loads. Will continually ask for login right after you've logged in. won't let you add to cart except from product page. Basically a frustrating experience terrible app. Much worse than just using their website. Now constant unable to add to cart messages. If you don't want me to buy anything perfect app. Update: still terrible. Reviews won't load.
