This app lags a lot!! Also, when I go back to the list result of my search, after looking at an item, it takes me to the first item! C'mon Costco! You can do better.

This app can be so frustrating at times! It freezes up or is slow to open on the searched item, it can't be bothered to consistently "remember" the warehouse location I saved, jumps around so lot so that it looks like the page is loaded up and then, of course, when I go to tap my screen, the page rearranges itself, and I tap the wrong thing

Love Costco but not this app. Ads, ads, and more ads. App's use is limited. Suitable for online shopping with delivery. App doesn't provide aisle location of products for shopping in warehouse. It would be a great app if it scanned and facilitated checkout. Why go to the self scan checkout? Posting reviews of products often fails. Thinking about uninstalling app.

During install/setup it asked if I wanted to use biometrics. I replied "Yes", but it never prompted me to register my biometrics. It skipped the entire process. Can't find any settings for biometrics or security. No online Help, just says to call Costco Customer Service on the phone, Lol. I was later able to sign in using biometrics. But later on at Costco the app won't display biometrics signin and is forcing me to use my LONG password instead! Also, no way to exit/close app! Must force a close.
