I can't say enough about Costco they have been the most amazing company. They sell quality products, they have a no hassle return policy & their employees are amazing. I have been to all the Costcos around Orange County & all are a super great place and again employees are highly rated in my book. Fullerton is my store. I have been to Costcos out of California & they are the same always helpful and friendly personable, with great attitudes. They honored a return b/c I was a longtime member. 💯

Love Costco but not this app. Ads, ads, and more ads. App's use is limited. Suitable for online shopping with delivery. App doesn't provide aisle location of products for shopping in warehouse. It would be a great app if it scanned and facilitated checkout. Why go to the self scan checkout? Scan as you put goods in cart. Go through line, flash phone, pull receipt, and go through verification at exit. Reviews of products often fails. Thinking about uninstalling app.

It keeps prompting me to add a passkey, which I did multiple time. I hate searching on this app, I prefer using the website, which always redirect me to this unusable app. Do better costco.

Why is the app so bad? It doesn't work most of the time. It's a struggle to search items! Finding an item and checking out is a painful process. This is one shopping app where they make it hard to spend money.

Notice that looking up purchases is ridiculously slow and inaccurate. The history page doesn't even load most of the time. Also the cart in the app does not match the cart on the website.
