Works well, but some search terms don't produce results -though they should. And it would be better if you could open tabs, rather than having only a forward and backward navigation of different items you want to see and compare. Other than that, the app works very well and is fairly easy to navigate.

Works pretty good but not the best app shopping experience. It needs exact words to find certain products...like Hi-Chew candy...it identified it but then showed other candy products. I know Costco had Hi-Chew because that is where I normally buy in store. Oh well, Amazon got my online Hi-Chew business.

Does Costco even perform user experience test in their app before release??? 1.) Warning!!! Account page opens up in full brightness regardless what your phone brightness settings is, and it cannot be adjusted within the app. 2.) How many times do I have to reload the account page or relogin? I would open the account page at parking lot and will need to reopen the app to show membership again at the door as reload from account page never works.

Most recent update is HORRIBLE. Membership card is now under "account" and when you go to "account" it cranks the brightness to max, and never goes away. Now I am trying to view my orders but am blinded by max brightness. The max brightness should only be on when displaying membership code for scanning in warehouse. I am on S22 ultra please fix this, it makes so much of the app completely useless
