This app is stressful to use. When trying to log in with my correct details, it keeps saying it's wrong or my account is disabled. Then, trying to reset it, the OTP either comes straggling after many ages or never shows at all.

You guys need to try more as regards bank transfers. The whole essence of a mobile app is to be able to conduct seamless, itch free transactions. In the past 24 hours, 3 of the transactions I made didn't go through. I was debited, but the accounts weren't credited. It's sad having to come back to the bank to rectify such issues. What's now the essence of the mobile app if I have to come to the bank? Imagine having a sick one who needs medical care, and you can't send the money to do that. Haba!

I gave one star because I was trying to create an account with covenant, and it's saying duplicated device detected and am I wondering how come, bcos I have never open an account with them before. I just downloaded and started trying to create an affair with them
