Login doesn't work with biometrics. I enabled them in the settings, first time loginng in with biometrics it works, after that no longer works. To make things worse, it asks for the fingerprint and then for the password...useless. To make things even worse now I can't even disable biometrics in the settings, I touch to disable, it asks for the fingerprint, it reads the fingerprint and nothing happens.... Useless... (update 2) spoke too soon, still doesn't work even after update

I'm actually impressed at how bad this is. How is it possible that in 2024 I cannot do a simple login in a meal card app is beyond me. Login gets stuck and the cherry on top. When I try to use the browser version on android, it keeps pushing me to install the app and also gets suck. Ffs I just want to use a pin and see how much money do I have, it shouldn't be rocket science. Also. We need integration with mbway (no it's not the same as Google Pay). Just look at a competitor's app nd copy

Not so many partner supermarkets in Italy. And at the ones supposedly accepting it, the digital card keeps getting rejected. I contacted customer service and the only thing they suggested is to order a physical card.

There was no problem before, but I see for last couple of days cover flex app is not getting open in Android, although I have required OS version. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times but still no luck for me
