I find this app very useful in looking up my benefit ID cards as well as getting information about additional company benefits available to me. I also like that I can easily find benefit plan details so that I can track deductibles, see FSA balances, review plan information, etc. The Find Care feature helped me narrow down in-network providers for my family.

Even slower and buggier than their website. It also requires setting up a new separate password from the website. Most importantly, I shouldn't have to install an app just to get a copy of my insurance card.

Cannot log in. Use email address and correct password and it SMSs you a code with no place to put it and the login starts over. Bad infinite loop.

Can never access work life portal from Android on the mobile app. Always gives and error, and I have to get on a computer.

New MFA required. Every time I switch to my email to get my verification code, it prompts me to log in with biometrics, then login with password, then verify my email. Caught in an endless cycle. Authentication appears broken. Had to fix it by using a PC. Mobile first? Not here!
