What is the point in this app? It tells me to ring to make a claim, and it will be lodged in 5 minutes, the number it directs me to has a message and tells me to make the claim online. The online claim form then requires me to type in all my information in even though the Covi app has all my details. I then try the contact people listed in the app and get an unnamed message system. It's just a runaround.

Useless App! Cannot get past the home screen. After registering with an email and setting a password the next screen informs me that once my details are confirmed I'll be set to go. This was two days ago. I tried this app about a year ago with the same result. After a month of waiting for my details to be confirmed I gave up and Uninstaller the app. It looks as if it's going the same way again.
