I've had this app for years now with no issue, until just the other day when I couldn't log in even after doing many things (following troubleshooting, reinstalling etc.). I've come back to edit this message to say that the app is now working for me again. Im not sure why. Leaving 4 star because of the frustration but otherwise all is well.

Unable to login and shows weird error of internet connectivity even though we are at high speed Wi-Fi network. If network found, the login attempt continues forever. The app has lot of sync issues and must be resolved at the earliest to at least use it at basic level. The rules inside homelike also do not work and is not reliable when real incident occurs.

The app is trash with internet connection and completely able to use any app but this one it won't let you log in saying internet connection needed and cox customer service isn't helpful either. Can't wait until I can cancel this service, it's useless if I can't even check the cameras.
