I've had this app for years now with no issue, until just the other day when I couldn't log in even after doing many things (following troubleshooting, reinstalling etc.). I've come back to edit this message to say that the app is now working for me again. Im not sure why. Leaving 4 star because of the frustration but otherwise all is well.

Ap is very hard to open and when it does open tells me I can't log in due to no internet connection. Why am I paying for service I do not receive?

The older version on my other phone works perfectly, but I'm on this one with the "new and improved" app. Yeah right. Auto sign in won't sign in and continues to sign in after you close it and reload it. The only way to work it is to force close. Called multiple times and supposedly this is going on a month since cox knew. A rep said that they're doing away with homelike and another said this wasn't true. Getting an answer out of anyone is impossible. If it's not broke, don't "fix" it!

Have full Wi-Fi signal and still always says I'm not connected to the Internet. Have to turn off my cox Wi-Fi Internet to use my cell service to be able to arm/disarm
