Understand the quirks of DC7 first, and you're good to go. The most important thing to know is that they can take a VERY long time to actually ship your prizes. 1-3 months is typical. Once you accept that DC7 ships when and how DC7 wants to ship, you make peace with slow shipping. They are using EMS now though so once they actually DO ship, your prizes should arrive in about 1 week. With tap joy to offset shipping cost, I am very satisfied with DC7's reliability. Thank you dc7 for my prizes!

Awesome JP crane game but can get pricey with international shipping, prize detainment is pretty long tho, and they do a free international shipping events at least 3 times a year. Shipping is understandable especially in the covid times, so you can wait for those events or pay for shipping. I would like to see more discounted international shipping events, time limited or any of that sort of thing would be very cool

I'm really happy with them. Unlike Toreba, they actually help you win if they notice you've spent too much money on something, so you have a much bigger chance of winning something here. The staff has been very kind to me and even returned all my points when I won stuff that wasn't allowed to be shipped internationally (didn't notice that until after I won, oops). The prize selection isn't as big as toreba, but they offer new prizes every day. The only problem is that you'll have to pay 1000 yen for every single item you want shipped. A combined shipping option would be nice.

I have never gotten my prize, I won 2 prizes and never gotten any Follow up on them...never gotten any Shipping ID or EMS tracking Nothing, this the second Japan Claw game I played, and they never follow up on my Prizes, sent and an Inquiry to them Not one reply... I guess Toreba is the best Japan Claw Game that actually Follows up on Prizes that's won and Even replies back on requested inquiries, I'm very disappointed in this Game and Lack Of Communication

It seems like Kokomo made many changes. These sadly look really difficult, as every text and notification is in japanese. They also only ship via TensoJapan nowadays, which is really complicated for overseas player. TensoJapan is only in Japanese, and I didn't understand a single word. You have to pay for your shipping probably with Yen and payment methods, which aren't available for most of us.
