For an ADHD adult I love this app! It breaks tasks down so good. Like washing dishes, you can break it down to collecting dishes from around the house. Separate dishes, load dishwasher/hand wash, how long each task should take, and how long each task should take (you can break each task even further down if you need to) I love the cross off task part also visual seeing it was done! I have recommended this app to EVERYONE who mentions time blindness or issues keeping on task. Pay for +

The app I never knew I needed. I don't have ADHD but menopausal brain fog is REAL and there are days when even simple tasks feel insurmountable. With Goblin Tools, things like packing for travel making time to read are broken down into manageable small tasks. Each little accomplishment feels like a win and keeps me going. This app is DEFINITELY worth paying for.
★★☆☆☆Alex H.· Apr 21, 2026
I was happy using this app, until an hour ago, and they updated it. Now half of my tasks have been deleted. The update isn't even great because I can't drag lists to another tab, and the order in the current tab keeps changing. This wasn't what I needed today, and now I have to waste energy in putting everything back, or writing my tasks down somewhere else.

Just a skin for generative AI tools. Boring. Wish I hadn't paid for this

I paid for this because they make it sound; *so* good, but in actuality, it doesn't work!! I've tried everything - uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing storage/cache - save your money for an app that can actually do what it promises. Use interface is terrible, also. I want my money back.
