Great food - 5 stars! App could be better...3 stars. The food is awesome, and the selection is great. They keep adding new restaurants and options. It is very exciting! The app doesn't have much for customization; no cheese, sauce on the side, etc. Sometimes I would have to log out and back in again after removing items from my cart. Lately, the app isn't giving me an option to reset my password after a hack scare. It keeps saying 'Something went wrong'. Not able to order anything now...

Crave has been delivered promptly and politely. Most choices have been exceptional for delivery food. Some have been far more seasoned than we expected by the description. Will continue to order and try and repeat their various entrées etc.

Every time I try to make an order it won't accept my payment. I've used the chat feature to ask what was up and was bluntly told it was a software error, and I was basically out of luck. This has happened 4 times now. I've given up trying to order. Tonight I was told I should pick up my order because that was my only option. But I was trying to order delivery, so this advice was lame. Guess I'm done with Crave because I can never successfully do anything but put food in my cart.

I updated this app tonight, and now it won't even open. It shows the opening image and immediately shuts down. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same issue. Really wanted to order food tonight, but guess we have to look elsewhere now.
