Best credit monitoring service I've found so far. I just hope they don't raise the price like myfico did. MyFico is way overinflated. The law should make this information and these scores free and make it mandatory. But if you have to pay it should be affordable.

The service is Awesome, but the fact that they claim my perfectly good credit card was denied even though it has a good amount of credit limit is bogus. They don't offer over the phone customer service, and you have to wait for them to get to you with a manager!

BEWARE!!! I canceled my service on 1/8/22 and received an email confirmation. Now I'm being charged for the service again and am currently unable to use my debit card since my bank identified the charge as fraudulent and locked it (being unauthorized by me, it IS fraudulent). Customer Service has not resolved the issue yet but as soon as they do I will be closing my account entirely. For a credit monitoring service, it's pretty pathetic that they don't have a handle on accounts and billing.

Company requires your full SSN while other platforms can provide the same service with only the last 4-digits. SSN leaks can happen to the best, and you don't want to risk your full SNN being a part of the information the -- especially not from a service that's only used for checking your credit score. 1 star because of long term security risk.
