Ground critical care transport & fixed wing flight nurse. The app has excellent features, but 2 big issues keep me from giving it 5 starts. 1) The app only works with an internet connection. I can't get an internet connection at 40,000 feet, so the app is essentially useless in any environment with spotty to no internet service. I'd much rather see a product that can operate 100% without internet. 2) The critical care drip calculator user interface is wonky-the cursor isn't visible when entering

Great app, used for while when I had an iphone. Nice to see on android. Would like to see initial vent setting calculator (TV based on IDB and or goal TV with IDB, MV etc.)

I gave 4-star rating and would like to give 5-star rating, but you need to fix some issues. Un able modify small weight like 1.2 kg etc., if you fix this on android version it would be better for everyone, and we will be happy. Hopefully you will respond soon and fix this issue as soon as possible.

Good Idea... It's misleading in drips though... The drug dosages are not lined up for you to modify how you want to give. For example, you want to start a ketamine drip. 500 mg of key in 500mL bag to give 1 mg\kg\hr... The app says mcg\kg\min, so you put that in and your drip is wrong because that data point is really asking for mg\kg\hr but says mcg\kg\min. I think all those data points should be modifiable like I should be able to change it from mcg\kg\min to mg\kg\hr and that dosage slider bar.

This app is a major letdown for critical care providers. It's supposed to simplify drug dose calculations but the features are incredibly buggy. You can't change the patient's weight or drug concentrations, which makes it unreliable and unsafe for clinical use. The O2 cylinder calculations are also consistently wrong. This app is more of a liability than an asset. Avoid at all costs.
