Thankfully I haven't needed to use it. My dogs are all chipped, have ID tags, & Crumb tags. 9-2026 had to order a replacement tag. While in the app verifying everything works and updating photos and pet info, I saw there is a Snout ID. LOVE this idea. My dogs are all scanned, and I tested that it works. Great feature with added peace of mind. The small monthly fee is worth it. . Thanks for all you do.

Fast efficient and friendly, easy to sign up to, fast dispatch of replacement tags if lost, with a stronger ring included to try to prevent further losses.

Only paid postage, so tag was free ... quick delivery and very easy to set up using the crumb app have a bit more piece of mind knowing dog has increased chances of being found if ever goes missing 😀

Scam. Should be brought to court. Auto enrolling premium using your card paid for shipping, and can't even remove the card

Crumb is extremely easy to set up but extremely difficult to get out of especially after noticing money being paid to crumb several times a month despite having no subscription. I've also noticed how they encourage you to refer everyone, heavy advertising etc. for a 'free tag'. This is a trap, use deep engraved tags on amazon for better value. Over £100 down the drain for whatever reason, I wish I could upload pictures. Why do you always take money out, several times a month? I'm not subscribed.
