Crumb is such a big peace of mind. I love that I can confidently walk my dog or leave him with a sitter and not worry about him getting lost without anyway to alert the masses easily. My GSD lost his crumb tag and the replacement was free, came with a stronger ring, and arrived in 2 days. Great customer service!

They charge your account without your consent so far how they tell me the way to cancel, but it's not available 😒 can't get the dashboard

Not impressed, set up the tag, and my card was charged, that I used for the delivery fee. I don't recall allowing my details to be saved. There was also no mention of a payment needed when setting up, only found out when I saw the charge from the bank. This seems very fraudulent, advertising as free, only pay for shipping and then saving the card details to charge you without permission once setting up the tag. Nowhere on the app to cancel the paid service either.

Be careful when activating tags. I am on fixed income. I was charged $12.00 I didn't authorize. For me that is 4 days of food I will have to do without.
