Avoid like the plague. From my experience this is most likely a scam. They took a subscription payment without authorization. The tag in its free form is useless. The QR code is incredibly tiny and difficult to open using a phone camera. Also, it does not give the scanner your phone contact details and just repeatedly says the tag is not active. Total waste of time. Perhaps if you add all the subscriptions it may be worth having but for that cost you could subscribe to a proper GPS device.

Disgusting when my molly got off the lead ì tried to activate tracker all I got was I am not registered when iv 4 months cover molly came back on her own thank god 😡

Received free tag then noticed monthly payments started to come out of my bank without authorization is not GPS tracking it depends on someone finding your dog and calling in when you can just put your phone number on your dog tag waste of money in my opinion
