Not working for over a week now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Not acceptable given the cost of crunch per month.

I have bee using Crunch for some years now, good service....but the apps use to be really good, easy to use, fast, and most importantly they WORKED. They change the old snap with this version, the old one was not replaced (spend months trying to snap expenses that were not expense.) and then I got to move to "this". - Slow - Tap to focus, and it does the opposite -More and More expenses not recognize and having to do them manually (why do I pay for this again?.) -Try using the flash, and it goes out of focus -Can't get it back into focus, so you need to take the picture, rejected and then try again... These is some of the daily pains we need to endure with the app, that it is not for free - as part of the 100+ monthly package - In short, you can't trust it, and you end up doing a lot manually anyway...feels more like double work instead of simplifying it

Theoretically useful, but in reality fails to upload receipts more times than its successful (often claiming network issues when that's obviously not the case). The app wastes way more time than it saves. Uninstalling until a working version is available.

Downloaded but can't log in. I press "sign in" from within the app, which
opens an external web view (for me this is in a Firefox browser), I go to
the Firefox browser, log in to the website, allow the app access and I get
sent automatically back to the app's sign in screen. And then nothing. I
can repeat the whole process again, occasionally I see an error message:
"App was foregrounded without a URL". I agree that so far this looks like
an app team that didn't hire QAs or the QAs don't have enough android
specific experience (lots of different devices, flaky network tests,
different setups - a Firefox browser for example) Keep going! Eventually
this will probably be an indispensable app :)
