Has started to be very temperamental, must be the App as is the only one that I have an issue with. Has now been updated to Columbia Thread needle & if anything it's worse. Won't work on my smartphone, if it manages to get past the login stage it has a message that it's a Bad Request. Downloaded to my Samsung Tablet which does at least allow me to login but very basic information & functionality, not a patch on Hargreaves Landon or Fidelity.

The worst app I have ever had the misfortune of having on my phone. Doesn't work properly. Full of bugs. Further, even when I log into the account, to check my children's savings, there are three accounts all with the name "CT Junior Individual Savings Account" with no reference to the name of the child the account was set up on, and with absolutely no way of finding it out. This is the same on the desktop browser! Do you call this IT Quality control? Which manager allowed it to pass!

And now the app doesn't work at all again...site is down for app maintenance. It's a complete failure. Access Failure. Since Thursday fingerprint login had stopped working and now full login has stopped too.

Login Cycle When I try to log in, it successfully logs in the goes to the accounts page, and before it fully loads it goes back to the login page.
