The app works great with a link to WhatsApp for help. So far, the app and the account are providing me a great alternative to a regular credit card. And now the downside... I have been trying since Jul 20 to get a physical credit card. I was charged for delivery but still (as of Oct8) don't have a card. I have been told various things by support, but I still don't have a card. How hard can this be????

My son suggested that I open a Cuenca account, so I did so especially since so many Mexican companies take only Mexican credit cards. I had difficulty getting started and contacted customer service and received excellent and immediate assistance. I have paid my first bill with Cuenca and am delighted to have the virtual card at my disposal. My son is smarter than I thought he was.

If I could give no stars I would. The phone number to reach customer service doesn't work. The only form of communication is Luisa on WhatsApp that is a robot that does not communicate with you in their "hours of working". Confirmed I had gone up to level 2 go only find out that was a lie and my clients' money took whole business day to get back to them without any warning. Tried to cancel my account, and they want a video of you cancelling. Horrible and Fake service!!!!

Awful app design - has a tiered deposit and withdrawal system, the app function and navigation clunky, and the whole biometric, pronoun choice and scan, video selfie stuff is just awful - the chat and experience to get details and account deleted was so painful and frustrating, I was super glad I got it deleted before transferring any money. Having used revolut for years - cuenca just is not in the same league by miles! Google revolut - coming to México very, very soon!

I hated that they switched it to a credit card without even telling. It's not a credit card it's my money!!! Why does it work a credit card? Used to love it now I'm not sure I'm keeping it.
