There have been some errors, but they get fixed quickly, even though their customer service could be quicker It's just me being picky they are gr at and fees are the same as a bank just faster results !!!

Everything about this app is Good but why do you guys limit the deposit amount???? So, like how I'm meant to pay my fees, what am I going to do? You guys just keep on failing payments and your customer care support isn't even fast. Please send my money back . Send my money back. You guys should fix up your mess with the euro account (Luxembourg) because that's very bad.

Ugly cash is a scam!!! Amazon sent 5 deposits to my Ugly cash bank account, they rejected 3 of the payments, with a total of $64. They claimed that the payments were refunded to Amazon. Amazon said nothing came back to them. After dragging this issue with the Ugly cash case, they (Ugly cash) finally closed my account with them and ran with my money. Patronize them at your own risk.
