The drivers are all incredibly lovely and helpful - couple of teething issues which I think is normal with the launch of any new service. A great free option to get to campus!

Great initiative, but the execution needs work. The old CABS system had fixed routes and timetables, making it easy to plan and reliably get to campus on time. Curtailing’s on-demand model introduces uncertainty, you might wait a long time for pickup and drop-off times vary depending on other passengers. While the idea adds flexibility, it removes the reliability that made the previous system work so well. It feels like replacing a tomato with an apple: different, but not necessarily better.
