My e-bike is the crown cycfree max foldable. But I am unable to pair the app my phone doesn't show the bike nor do I see anything on the screen on the bike that indicates any presence of Bluetooth pairing

I just spent $1k on getting the chunter 2.0 and after I spent 3 hours putting it together, im unable to connect my bike to the app, so I can lock it digitally. This is honestly very annoying that ill have to go through support BEFORE I even have had my first ride.

Got the bike set up, drove it and got logged in to the app. It doesn't store any information in the bike at all, just the phone. If you power it on it will be unlocked and anyone can take it if they can power it on. I was hoping this would have a way to "program" the controls to prevent it from being ridden without the app being on and to act like an ignition key. Every time you link up it resets back to the original setting.

The app would not let me bind my phone or bind my bike it would let me Bluetooth to it, but now it won't even let me in it and now my bike is locked
