Description

In una vecchia pizzeria, in via Milano 134/D di Bolzano nell’ottobre del 2016 nasce Passione Pizza da Angelo.

Angelo nasce nel ‘67 e cresce in una famiglia di commercianti e il suo sogno nel cassetto è coltivare la sua passione per il cibo che lo porta ad andare in giro per i comuni affiancati al suo borgo con un autonegozio vendendo pizza al taglio e panzerotti.

Questa sua passione lo porta ad aprire una pizzeria nel suo paesino.

Nel 2016 la voglia di cambiare ambiente e di poter dare una possibilità in più alla propria famiglia lo porta a trasferirsi nella cittadina di Bolzano dove apre la sua nuova pizzeria affiancato dalla moglie e dai figli.

Nell’aprile 2019 apre un ristorante in Via Palermo 37/D che a causa dell’avvento del covid deve chiudere.

Ma Angelo non si scoraggia e decide di spostare la Pizzeria di Via Milano in quella di Via Palermo n°37 ampliandola anche con una importante area dedicata alla gastronomia.

Le specialità della nuova pizzeria/gastronomia variano da una selezione ristretta di pizze gourmet alla preparazione dei vecchi piatti cucinati al ristorante: primi e secondi anche di pesce.

I piatti sono preparati con una selezione di ingredienti di alta qualità conditi con la passione di sempre. Mozzarella certificata Brimi preparata con latte 100% proveniente dall’Alto Adige, filetti di San Marzano, capocollo proveniente direttamente dalla Calabria, proprio come la ‘nduja di Spilinga.
