Very useful if you service and or install Daikin equipment. It has installation manuals, service manuals, spec sheets and everything in between. It gets a little weird sometimes like certain things won't load sometimes and other times it will. Also, almost every time I go to type in a model number in the search box it will start putting a bunch of gibberish in there and I have to go back and erase and try several times but is still easier and better than using Daikin City page

They force you to give personal information, and I am just a contractor I don't want them having my information and email/phone to call and sell my information. I needed tech support. Their support line is so atrocious. I tried to download an app on my personal device....

Junk. Just like their equipment. Signed up and verified, but it won't let me log in. Just error "account undefined". Daikin Service app won't work either. Tech support won't answer or call back. Hold music from hell.

Installed the app, went through all the 'create new account' steps. Tried to log in several times and all I get is 'account undefined'. If you call Daikin, they only handle tech support by app or email. The automated operator spouts of the email so fast, you can't get it. VERY unhappy with Daikin!
