I've been using this app on and off for 10 years! (mostly off, my fault) And when really used in a daily 5 min. routine, it becomes easier with repetition! And don't fret if you can't get through the whole 30 seconds... just do as much as you can of each exercise, and you'll be so surprised to track your progress when you finally finish all the exercises ON TIME! The pro version is so worth it if you want a well-rounded ab & core workout. But the free version is absolutely adequate!

I purchased this app and have used ir successfully for many years. Today it appears to have had an update and now the videos pause halfway through and adverts have started popping up in the middle of workouts. This is NOT acceptable when I have purchased the app... Please sort this out ASAP!
