Impossible to load a credit card through the app and contacting their link to tech support resulted in a unhelpful email about 3 days later. UPDATE: They fixed the credit card issue...upgrading to 4 stars.

We purchased one week worth of tickets for $1 each. Turns out they expire in about a week anyways. When you click on use ticket button it is activated, NOT when they scan it (there are no scanners on the buses) and it is valid for the next 4 hours. Make sure to "use" it just before getting on the bus. When you add your payment info do not use Google's auto-fill function because it freezes the app. Enter the whole CC info using the keyboard. Took 2 trips, so far so good.
