Comments on DASH Bus for Android

★★★★★ Impossible to load a credit card through the app and contacting their link to tech support resulted in a unhelpful email about 3 days later. UPDATE: They fixed the credit card issue...upgrading to 4 stars.

★★★★★ We purchased one week worth of tickets for $1 each. Turns out they expire in about a week anyways. When you click on use ticket button it is activated, NOT when they scan it (there are no scanners on the buses) and it is valid for the next 4 hours. Make sure to "use" it just before getting on the bus. When you add your payment info do not use Google's auto-fill function because it freezes the app. Enter the whole CC info using the keyboard. Took 2 trips, so far so good.

★★★★★ It's truly a blessing everything to have the dash bus service free I want to thank all of the dash bus drivers and all of the people who are behind the closed doors that we don't see on the daily basis thank you it is truly a blessing

★★☆☆☆ Why did tickets have to expire on dec 31 2019? And why can I no longer buy more than one ticket at a time?

★★☆☆☆ I've been waiting for 30 min to download :( Love DASH not this app though.

★★☆☆☆ "UNABLE TO ACCESS APP" is all I get. Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Edit: Now I'm receiving alert that developer has responded, but there is no response.

★★☆☆☆ Death does not follow up on their complaints
