Works for cars and not just bikes. As far as I know, works great. However, there are a few things I would consider issues. 1: Whenever I start the app with a Bluetooth audio connection to my car, the audio thinks I'm on a call for half a second, which causes issues. 2: Gesture based controls are great, but I would like the ability to change them. While driving, I have my phone on split screen between maps and the dashcam app, and if I touch that side of the screen, this app does something. 7/10

The footage that the video takes as you ride is very clear and easy to watch with the video stabilization, and it doesn't use a lot of phone battery because it minimizes its footprint so to speak by turning the video viewing off until needed, but is still recording at the same time. That is a good option to save your phone battery. About the only thing I see that could be improved would be to have a longer arm reach to raise the phone up higher. If it had any longer arm I would give it 5 stars.

I CAN'T BE be ABLE TO SAVE THE FULL VIDEO AFTER IT HAS BEEN DONE THAT'S STUPID THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED THE RIGHT WAY ALSO ONE OTHER THING VIDEOS SHOULD BE SAVED AS A FULL RIDE LIKE FOR EXAMPLE A HALF HOUR BIKE RIDE SHOULD BE SAVED FULL 10 MINUTES SAVE IS REALLY STUPID

I wanted to use this as a 'BodyCam' & tracker while out walking at night for personal safety, but as the free version doesn't support background recording with the screen off, it's quite useless & it's not worth paying a significant monthly subscription just to have background recording. UPDATE: it is not an Android limitation. Other apps such as AutoBoy & Droid Dashcam background record while screen locked with permission 'Display over other apps'.
