The app is good it's easy and fast, but the call center to get help is the worst they won't pick up it's filling like the center is a scam or something else one day I waited for 30 min online it kept ringing.

Very nice app! I really appreciate that it allows customers to register for a bank account using only their phones, without having to visit a bank branch. It's convenient, time-saving, and makes banking much more accessible. Great job!

Wheb I want to open Bank account after rrachunh the accept agreement step it says visit branch. That's annoying. After all the main reason of opening account online is to not visit branch. Nonsense.

It's funny how this app has a fancy UI, but it misses some critical sides of processing transactions. Since some recent updates, it is not displaying any transaction completion page after I enter the PIN and confirm the transfers, but it actually is sending the money when I go back and check the balance. It never displays the transaction completion at all. Rather, it sends you back to the receiver account form. This needs a fix.

The application is not sending OTPs promptly, which is causing inconvenience. Additionally, since the recent update, I am unable to open it.

I am fed up with Dashen Bank. When I send money to other banks, it gets delayed, and sometimes the money is deducted from my account without being transferred. There is a recurring problem whenever I transfer money from Dashen Bank to other banks.
