The UI/UX appears well-designed, but it has some critical issues that need attention, such as the inability to display full transaction histories and the presence of numerous mini-apps within a single card view, making it difficult to locate individual mini-apps easily.

The app is good it's easy and fast, but the call center to get help is the worst they won't pick up it's filling like the center is a scam or something else one day I waited for 30 min online it kept ringing.

Very Annoying App I tried to open virtual bank account with fayda but in the end it says something went wrong I tried so many times it says something went wrong why???fix it quickly for now I give you 1/5👎👎👎

It's very bad bank and bad service, A terrible bank with terrible service. This bank is nothing but theft and fraud. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. He faced many problems with the bank's services and transfers, and even the ATM did not provide the required service.

The Dashen Super App is not working as expected. It suddenly stops and prevents users from completing transactions, and this issue can persist for several days. I believe the Super App is not yet scalable. In comparison, Dashen Amole performs better. It would be beneficial to further enhance Amole by adding more features.
