I would appreciate if the app improved on schedule management for easier ad-hoc lookup during the current time window and swapping. Also, it would be helpful to provide more information on specific locations such as "Data bricks park" and possibly make it a link to the corresponding section of the map to improve in-person experiences while reducing the queries to the staff that work there. The app state gets reset when app swapping and always auto rotates regardless of your system's settings.

The final app never loads after entering authentication despite trying several times on different days.

Just not a particularly functional version of the service. They've gone through a few versions and so far this is my least favorite. It's dropped core features - such as schedule management being restricted to avoid building off waitlists - that heavily limits the usability of the application and instead added more advertising. Maps are awkward and require unnecessary navigation as well. Overall, it's probably less functional than a map and a notepad
