The neighborhood DC connection bus was really convenient for me, I hope that it can get back on track because it really is convenient for some of us especially please I love it, and it's getting ready to get cold, so we need something like that $3 is not a problem whatsoever you put something on the road for us, and then you take it away I pray that you put it back on the road again

STOP DRIVING FOR THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!! This Is a horrible service for all involved as they quadrupled 'bus riders' transportation costs and are insanely Unreliable!! The app is trash because nobody from the U.S. will sell them our Google Maps! They treat the drivers HORRIBLE, as if they're customers and are involved in wage fraud, making drivers clock out to GET GAS!!! Zero accountability across the planet!!

I have been with service for 8 months, I had some info for the GM yesterday and the project manager as she calls herself, because I had some info for him regarding a driver she suspended my account for know reason, call passengers and lie on them, she has known respect for Elderly people. My God looks sit high and looks low. There is a point of time for everyone when they do you wrong and lie on you to make a point. The service is Not all it is cut out to be!

The DC connect unreliable I waited a whole hour for my driver to come pick me up the driver drives pass me I called customer care they tell me the drivers not taking no More riders I feel like if that's the case cancel when you realize you're not going to pick me up that way I'm not waiting I'm exhausted I'm getting off of work and the fact that they about to start trying to charge somebody in July I'm trying to figure out how that's even going to work customer service is the worst
