★★★★★ It was straight forward and easy to set up

★★☆☆☆ First it was unknown error when I try to scan my ID now it's you don't recognize my country of residence. How can you not recognize St. Vincent when we are a part of the OECS. Big disappointment

★★☆☆☆ This app has been poorly designed. I see that I am not the only one but I cannot even get past the login page. I set up an account, the go and login it doesn't work. Then they say "login help" which then prompts me to reset my password which I do, but then the temporary password doesn't even work. And if you try a second time with the temporary password they say it has already been used the first time, so you have to go over the entire resetting process all for the exact same thing to happen

★★☆☆☆ ECCB Needs to put more effort into this bloody app especially in verification. I waited months to be verified. Shouldn't even have this verification process just a captcha would be good enough to start then if you want to link your bank account and/or receive 10k+ THEN ask for more information. I swear you all aren't even trying.
