Was good, no longer though... I have had this app for a couple of years now and was quite happy with it. For some reason it's become more and more difficult to use, and I can no longer perform certain actions, like to mark a contract as terminated for instance.

I was suggested by a friend about this app and I wanted to terminate my mobile contract. But the app doens't take any information or document. It just says you need to pay this. And I don't know I get 4 mails of different ID number, and they said if I didn't pay I will have to pay 30euro. I only have 1 contract, and they are trying to terminate 4 haha. Funny app.

1 out of 2 faxes not sent I sent two faxes to cancel two contracts and only one went but was charged for two!!!! Sending faxes here is no cheap please reassess your prices, or you may find that you loose loyal customers.

Before paying, it asks you to input your email, the field is greyed out with the email filled in but pressing next creates an error message about missing email. No way of bringing the keyboard to fill or change the field. Useless app, waste of time.
