Using 7490 (latest update) with Galaxy S26, Android 16, FritzFon (latest app version), the Ringtone setting in the App selects from notification sounds, not ringtone sounds, so the App ringtone only rings once. The call is still active but silent thereafter till I pick up, meaning if I am a distance away, and don't hear the first ring, I could easily miss the call. This worked in earlier app versions. Otherwise, it's a great app.

Edit : Issue resolved by AVM two days after my comment (by pushing new firmware to routers). Until recently I was able, by using FritzFon on my Android 11 phone, to make calls through my Fritzbox7590 by connecting to it with either Wireguard or your internal VPN (when I was not in my LAN). Today 9 Oct 2022 I discovered that I was able to make calls only when I was connected with your VPN (IPSec OAuth PSK).

In the calls list for each entry where I've saved the number to my contacts the name of the contact is displayed. When I select one entry a number is displayed, but it's always by outgoing number... I'd expect to see there the number I've called or which called me, now my own number... 🤔 Sometimes a contact has multiple numbers, so I'd like to check which number was used to call that contact.

Pretty long privacy policy, for an app that is only supposed to communicate with my own Fritz box, in my own network. How about not siphoning off data and usage statistics instead?

App works reasonable and - making use of compatible Fritz box - is easy to install. However, interworking with Air pod Pro is bugged: sporadically, Airpods are not used by Fritz! App Fon, even though other Apps interwork at the same time just fine with the Airpods (i.e. I can hear music or make mobile phone calls via Airpods).

Little to non-useful features or config options. For example disable auto connect which is basically locking the app or stalling performance of the device when router is not reachable. Furthermore, I cannot manage access to network with multiple dedicated routers' and sip config. Even if there were options to configure, the app is locked while trying to reach and find routers currently not available.
