Great application and functional bank! I moved here from Sparkasse. Two wishes from me are: a possibility to invest in ETFs, stocks, crypto and possibility to take a mortgage. But the latter one is too hard to implement inside an online bank, I understand. But I would definitely use that!

Great banking app. The only things missing are: English language Interface, very important. This will boost the customer base a lot. The 2nd thing is the option to use the Giro card with NFC. This is the only feature I miss very much from my previous Sparkasse Account. They had a joint MasterCard+Giro Card that could be used with NFC. I would like to give it 10 stars, but it's not possible. I got scammed by a company unfortunately, I filed a dispute and within days I was refunded. Fantastic Bank.

After changing my phone, this bank asking me to do another identity verification (I was using the account for several months and already had several thousands of euros in it). I assume they did that because I am not a German, and they seem to be very big racist. The second verification process constantly failed due to technical issues, and now I am transferring all my money to my other accounts. I do not recommend this bank. N26 is infinitely better in my experience.

I wanted to move to c24 BUT no English language !!!! Why ? I'm German citizen and working in Germany, but I need it in English otherwise I'll not move into it.

C24 is quite bad with their security, and they keep asking me to prove my residential address every 6 months. The biggest problem is that their app is so poorly designed that it just doesn't recognize my residence permit card correctly. When asked about alternative ways (say via post or Pestilent) to verify in the customer support, they say there is no other way and straightaway say that I can terminate my bank if I don't like it this way. Looks like they are forcing me to leave them.
