Consorsbank is probably the best traditional German bank 🏦 you could choose at the moment. Their banking app is wonderful and the service is great 👍

Without a doubt the best banking app I have used so far. One star subtracted since the home page can't be fully customized. "Entdecken" (Discover?) and "Mehr" (More?) can't be disabled. If that were possible: 5 stars. Since they are (or can be made) accessible in other places in the app, they clutter up the home page needlessly.

Really like the new design. Feels a bit more interactive. I would still like to see more personalization on my finances (my spending like we had on the old app). Otherwise good design and upgrade

Impossible to go through the set-up, I have expected difficulties with the new app knowing how bad Consors bank is, but I haven't expected to be so bad, you want to force you to use this app, at the same time they are not capable to make proper set up for people who switch apps. You are forced to confirm everything in the old app, but nothing is happening after you logged in the old app. The qr generator is a joke, how I supposed to scan a qr code with my phone that is displayed on my phone?

The app is really just a low okay ish... It is far away from UI and UX standards that you would expect in 2024 - it is practically impossible to quickly trade stocks it takes about 10 actions to just sell a stock. For such a big bank it's really disappointing that they didn't even try to improve anything in the 3 years I had the app - literally nothing improved about the UI. So the functionality is really there but the UI and usability is quite bad compared to most other brokers.

The app is fine and does what it's supposed to do. Though the fact that I receive a pop-up message on every app-startup asking me to give Phone permissions to Google Play Services is unnecessary and fairly annoying. I'd also prefer not to have ad-banners advertising some Consorsbank service I don't want to use, pushing down areas I actually want to interact with.

You should be careful with Consorbank. From my perspective it is not trustworthy. They messed up the integration with Google Pay. So that the service is down since almost 5 days. There is no information when they fix it etc. Such a desiaster.
