Worst bank EVER, not convenient, not fast everything about this bank its just burden to you now I open the app It's just blank page doesn't working, and I can't open my online banking bc it wants this useless tan process I'm really hate this bank I will change my bank I can't take this no brainless thing

App scans the QR Code on Screen, looks for a connection ... and fails to make a connection. Device is Android 8.0 Tablet, connected to Sim Data and Wi-Fi data (Vodafone Kabel) pl. Help

You need to give your password in this application whenever you use the web version for almost any little thing and this happens constantly, not once per session. Tried to activate biometric password, then my password started to be shown in the request to the server. Finally, got it confirmed, tried to switch to this password and got my TAN generation blocked out of nowhere. Then, my phone got blacklisted. Probably I need to get another PIN per post, because this is German banking service level.
