The app used to work perfectly in the past. Now it's not working so well after the last update. The connections are not getting updated properly. And sometimes realtime location of the vehicles are wrong😬. Hope you guys fix this soon.

I think it deserves 4 stars because it tells spot on when the buses are coming and helps me not only to be on time but shows me divers and easier ways to reach my destination. It also tells me when the buses are striking and other up-to-date news. Why it isn't 5 stars is because, at random times when im checking for destinations the satellites randomly drop, and it doesn't work until a few minutes later.

It would be good if they had another app that was real time that you could use to plane trips, buses are often very late and google map doesn't keep up with the late schedules to avoid delays. Bergen Norway as a good app that does this. Also the app would not accept my foreign bank card, and I had to create a PayPal account with the same card to pay for my ticket.

Saturday 3 january, 23:40. Tenths of people waiting for bus 3 in Feldstraße no bus in sight. 00:40 still no bus. App says everything is normal, according to the app multiple buses came in the last hour. Had to walk 2h home in the middle of the night and snow. Thanks hvv

Horrible app. Not handy as a foreigner. Need to enter my payment details for every ticket I purchase. No language option on the site. Pure junk!
