How does this have more than 1 star? This is by far the worst CRM that I have ever used. I just received 4 notifications at 12 am from this CRM about deals that posted and I'm not even the sales person. Can't call people directly from your phone, email templates don't work on your phone, can't look up past notifications, click something on the dashboard and it takes 2 minutes to register. I constantly lose car deals because of this thing. I could go on and on. If you are thinking about switching to this CRM please dont. You will regret it.

Unsurprisingly outdated just like the website service. Downsamples and window boxes photographs so they look like they were taken in 2003. Great to have guidelines in the shot except it looks like they were just done with guesswork? This app is perfect of you have lots of extra time for loading screens and great patience for improperly framed and processed photos. Not worth your time - shoot manually.

The app doesn't allow access to multiple dealership websites from one log-on. Must create different password for each dealership in a dealer group. The Apple app works well but the Android app is a lot of work.

Beyond ridiculous and frustrating makes work so much harder and slower. I'm constantly being told there is no internet connection when I have a strong 4G or LTE connection. There is no refresh button and often have to retake the entire series a photos again. Extremely frustrated there needs to be an update for this. It was much faster when I would take the photos and email them to myself and go back to my desktop and upload them, that's pathetic! At the very least there should be an option to save your work :/
