I don't see why the reason for low reviews, this was masterful story telling! Keeping me hooked from start to finish. Interesting side characters, good romance options! And a lot of solid decisions to make that'll shape you along with the story! You can really connect with some of the collections u do, even feel grief and sorrow. Loved it and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Such a fantastic premise that turns out remarkably... boring? I would have really enjoyed the focus being actually on the Death Collecting instead of rooting out inner corruption and the like. The Death Collecting is what made it unique but the Ministry Bad plot is the same as every other story where those in power are bad. It has misplaced text, inconsistencies, and the romance options seem locked off if you don't instantly call them hot. A shame.

I will say that I gave this game three walkthroughs to test the options and story. It was a depressing story overall with characters and a plot that made me dislike it more as the story progressed. It seemed like my choices were mostly redundant and interpreted in negative ways time and again. Magic was mentioned, but never made available to the character. There are more negative points but enough was already said. I gave two stars to at least acknowledge the time and effort.
