Update: 4/23/25 Took a minute but tech support assisted with getting the app back online. I was a little testy at times but all the tech support responses were very professional, cordial, patient, etc. etc. 4/08/25 These cameras are great. I've had them for 4 years but viewing went offline in the app 1 week ago. Reaching out to tech support through email and chat. No phone number.

Garbage software..... It's bad enough that the software for the system is clunky, slow, complicated, and not worth using in the first place, but now this phone software won't even let me see any live or past footage. I've restarted the DVR, but it's isolated with this mobile program. Overall the hardware and software for this system is just trash, and I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on it.

Please update the app to work with new android software. It takes long to open, getting not respond message to quit or wait............. So annoying 🙄

I can only give the app two stars because it lacks some fundamental requirements for security camera review. 1) It is impossible to speed up video playback. Give me what other security apps provide. 2x, 4x, 8X, 16x. 2) Event detection is not properly attenuated. Look at Google Nest cams. High false positives on your security cameras following obvious setting attempts, and very, very few false positives on Google Nest.
