My family just upgraded to Defender. Reviews seemed very positive, and them being a canadian company made the decision easy. I absolutely love the app. Very user-friendly. The system itself was way beyond expectations. We are upgrading our home, and with the built-in LED spotlight, we don't have to have an ugly secondary spotlight for our driveway or front or back decks. I'm damn near gitty about this purchase. Nice work, people.

I have used Defender cameras for years now so when I decided to replace the old ones because the NVR quit I decided to get a new set of the 4K cameras. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! At this point in time I have actually replaced at least 4 of an 8 camera system and the NVR. I currently have 2 cameras that have once again stopped working. I have spent a huge amount of money to make sure that my house stays safe and the stupid cameras constantly stop working. Extremely disappointed !!!!

The app works fine for me. However, I have only had the system for less than a month. And I have already experienced problems with my camera loss. The technical support at defender is the worst I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. There is no way to talk to anyone or resolve your problem. Their technical support was designed this way on purpose. I have been waiting for a manager to call me for over 48 hours I guess this review might be the only way to contact them.

The app cuts in and out. Cameras are 30 feet from my Wi-Fi extender. Could be alot better!!
