Great App that does what it's made for: provide access to the Deutschland-Ticket. Only downside: I'm frequently automatically logged out of the app while I don't use it. If you're offline you then can't access your ticket which can lead to some uncomfortable moments with train staff. Please fix this issue! Otherwise, great work.

Pro: At least partially English version, simple design Contra: only one payment option, included routing planer is really basic. For reliable timetables you're better off referring to the app of the respective transport association.

Very complicated to cancel the subscription in the android app. In the ios app, there's a simple button. In Android, you have to fill out a form that could have a lot of the fields automatically populated, but instead you have to scramble through your old emails for invoice numbers, take screenshots of your agreement number. Not good.

Canceling subscriptions does not work. And when I click Payment method, it says your payment method blocked. Without showing reason and not sure why. It is very inconvenient and annoying app. It looses my time that I have to contact with support team.
