★★★★★ Ela Bashkurti · Apr 29, 2026

★★★★★ Andrew Christie · Jan 14, 2025

Easy to use and reliable. Use public transport more often now. Shame it is not working in other Bundeslaender.

★☆☆☆☆ Peter Ohaver · Aug 9, 2025

I have an active payment method but when I try to sign up for the eezy.nrw ticket, it says I do not, so I can't buy the ticket.

★☆☆☆☆ Elton Markaj · Jun 9, 2025

it's not related with the info on the train or bus station

★☆☆☆☆ Ian F · Sep 6, 2026

I used this app as an international visitor travelling into the Ruhr region for a few days. I wasted 30 euros more by using it. It is sold on the basis that it automatically calculates the cheapest deal for you, but it did not for me - travelling as a group. Communications with VRR afterward were hopeless. I strongly recommend you just go to a ticket office. I would give this app zero stars if I could because it does not do what it says on the tin.

★☆☆☆☆ Timo Van Kissing · Oct 2, 2025

Can't add Deutschlandticket to digital wallet and the app prevents screenshots. If you buy your Deutschlandticket through this app, and you get checked in an area without reception, you'll be on the hook for at least €7.

★☆☆☆☆ Nowshad Ali · Aug 27, 2026

This is my live experience I used this app I bought a ticket €63 for 16 August 2026. After 10 days they charge from me again €63 billed date 27 August 2026 VRR APP see after 10 days they automatically charge from me for next month September 2026. My both ticket I live. They should charge in 1 September, but they do this in 27 august month not end left 3 days. When I request refund they give me automatic email they are unacceptable policy. Before buy check there policy I not see anywhere.
