This is my live experience I used this app I bought a ticket €63 for 16 August 2026. After 10 days they charge from me again €63 billed date 27 August 2026 VRR APP see after 10 days they automatically charge from me for next month September 2026. My both ticket I live. They should charge in 1 September, but they do this in 27 august month not end left 3 days. When I request refund they give me automatic email they are unacceptable policy. Before buy check there policy I not see anywhere.

I am unable to take the screenshot of Deutschlandticket. Earlier, it was not the case. It is important for me to take a screenshot as sometimes there will be no Internet connection to show to the ticket collector or Phone switch off. I can carry a print-out. Thanks
