I'll leave here a note about my experience of buying a €14 ticket with a €50 bill. It's not possible. They don't accept it. Only €20 bills are allowed. Thanks for the Stress RVV.

Just as bad as the rest of RVV. For a while now, I've made a point to report all the problems with RVV to them and the result was always the same: blame it on the customer whenever possible. They're systematically terrible. They somehow make Deutsche Bahn look good.

Login not possible. Every time I get the information that my credentials are wrong. Still after password reset and setting new password.

Worst public transportation in Germany. The buses are almost always late and super unreliable. The buses are very old and not well cleaned or maintained and the app never displays accurate information. It doesn't even show you the best bus line to take. Every year they keep hiking up the prices and every year their services get worse and worse and worse. The bus is always late but the bus drivers always make time to stop and get up to yell at you for whatever dumb reason. I hate it here
