The images from the products are not in the right dimensions they're kind
of stretched but other than that pretty neat app

Prices are often the same or even higher than you will find in the shops. They have started relisting unsold clothing from the previous year at premium prices e.g. Winter jackets. They sell some food items without disclosing the contents. Some items arrive opened (broken seals), I guess returns of other customers. If you complain, customer service simply says send it back. However, we have to pay for postage.

Has a bad experience 5 years ago. 5 years later... There was no improvement at all. They have the worst delivery management system. It was my bad luck that I had ordered over Twint but ended up served by DeinDeal. I had ordered on 29th Dec, expected delivery was between 6th Jan and 10th Jan. But still awaiting a delivery. And no update.

My experience has been overwhelmingly negative with Deindeal, DD. I experienced terrible customer service, complete lack of consumer protection. I purchased a service through DD. their client didn't respond to my calls or emails. I had to cancel my voucher but to my surprise DD didn't refund. They hide behind their strict “no refunds” rule offering zero recourse for dissatisfied customers. Save your money & peace of mind; Deindeal do not value you as a customer, you're merely their cash cow.
